I made it through day 3, still starving but nonetheless I made it! I had a great dinner juice with celery, pear, and spinach. I didn't get to bed until around midnight and of course was very tired this morning but I actually feel pretty good. I started eating solids again around 10am. I had a breakfast juice, then about half a handful of raw nuts for a snack, veggies with hummus for lunch, and a lara bar for a snack. I will probably have another juice when I get home. I have lost 7 pounds as of this morning! Amazing! I am starting to feel better and I am very excited to continue this journey. I picked up a couple of things yesterday from Trader Joe's; more organic veggies and fruits of course but also quinoa, lentils, raw nuts obviously, organic hummus, and some other great whole food options. I am sooo excited about this! I have found some great recipes and of course my nutritionist on the side sister and mom are very helpful and supportive!
